In the Old Testament, we see sexual acts between males resulted in capital punishment.
[Lev 20:13 KJV] 13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them.There are also other sexual sins that result in death:
Adultery

[Lev 20:15 KJV] 15 And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.Fornication, rape with a betrothed woman
[Deu 22:23-25 KJV] 23 If a damsel [that is] a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her; 24 Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, [being] in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour’s wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you. 25 But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die:A wife found not to be a virgin
